Ever since Sheldon joined our community I get to see a welcoming smile every time I walk into the office. He makes my questions & concerns felt heard while also maintaining he strong professionalism and personality. Mae went the extra mile to help resolve a package issue for me. Made some calls for me to help me receive a package and she didn’t have to do that so I’m thankful
