APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Charlotte

Today I had the opportunity to tour The Willow with Lee. Along with the property being very nice and clean she was beyond helpful. She had an answer for each question I had about the process of moving there and did a great job helping me decide which floor plan would be perfect for me and my needs. I think for the price point this is a perfect apartment complex for anyone and so close to so many convenient stores and shops.

During a recent visit to Charlotte, my daughter Lily and I explored various apartment options. We were fortunate to receive a guided tour of a two-bedroom apartment complex by Sheldon. Sheldon demonstrated exceptional professionalism, extensive knowledge, and a warm and welcoming demeanor. His exceptional customer service was evident throughout the tour. Sheldon provided comprehensive explanations of the application process, move-in procedures, and associated fees. His expertise and attentiveness were invaluable. The apartments offered ample space, and the community area appeared to be well-maintained and inviting.

My walk-in/ touring experience here was nothing less of welcoming! As soon as I walked in Sheldon knew exactly what I was looking for and was ready to get straight to it. The whole office staff was so helpful and already felt like home. Sheldon made sure to answer every questions and top of the head concerns that I had. The apartment(s) looked beautiful! Online was givin but in person was so much better. Sheldon gave me the opportunity to apply in the office and helped me through every step I needed. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The community is well-kept, safe, and has everything I need. I especially want to mention Sheldon and Angel — they go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. They’re always professional, kind, and quick to help whenever something comes up. Truly a great team that makes this place feel like home!
