Ever since Sheldon joined our community I get to see a welcoming smile every time I walk into the office. He makes my questions & concerns felt heard while also maintaining he strong professionalism and personality. I came from out of state and spotted this property with no appointment and was still helped. Sheldon was the best tour guide ever, he was super knowledgeable of the property. Thank you for the great experience, it was really appreciated.

Mae went the extra mile to help resolve a package issue for me. Made some calls for me to help me receive a package and she didn’t have to do that so I’m thankful

Me and roommate went to tour at the willows at university and Sheldon provided us with exceptional customer service!!!! When we arrived he was taking a call on the phone, yet very attentive! He waved and acknowledged us making us feel welcomed! While we toured he was very in depth with everything and very accommodating! He provided us with all the information we needed and answered any questions we had. All of the staff was very friendly which you don’t see a lot these days. His attitude and energy was amazing and the tour was lovely! 10/10 highly recommend!

Amazing Staff
After looking at so many places to move to, this by far was the best place from beginning to end. My tour with Sheldon was amazing. His attitude and professionalism was Top Tier!!!!By far my favorite tour ever!!!! The place was clean and smelled great. I am now going to be a new resident as of June 15th, because of how amazing everything went. I also cannot forget about Angel, who made the entire process of the paperwork and application smooth. This staff is by far the best I have ever encountered.
